In the unlikely event, if your Chef Pro product proves to be defective in material or workmanship, we will repair free of charge.
Please save this manual. You will need it while requesting for service within the warranty period. Please call 855 Chef Pro / Email email@example.com for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please write the RMA number on the address label. All returns must be carefully packed and made transportation prepaid with a description of the claimed defect, complete model number, your name, street address (No P. O. 1 year limited warranty on Chef Pro Green products:
Chef Pro product is protected against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from date of original purchase. There are natural variations in color and grain of bamboo products which enhances the natural beauty of bamboo products, and are not considered product defects.
This warranty does NOT cover damage or defect arising after the purchase. The warranty also does NOT cover defects arising from exposure to water saturation, extreme heat variations, humidity and moisture. This warranty does NOT cover defects arising from misuse, abuse and failure to follow use and care instructions.
Allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the item prior to attempting repair or replacement. Failure to comply with these requirements will void warranty coverage.
Upon receipt of the item Chef Pro, at its sole discretion, shall repair or replace with a comparable product. Chef Pro or Mercantile International NA shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages alleged to have risen under this warranty, alleged to be owed due to the failure to deliver goods or from any issue or inability to use the product due to defects in the property.
